Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Cologne Butter purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at info@colognebutter.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
• We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
